We offer a free non-judgmental service for people who are concerned that they are drinking too much. This includes two one-to-one sessions with a Wellbeing Practitioner, along with practical advice about safer drinking.

Are you drinking too much?

14 UNITS

There is no completely safe level of drinking, but sticking within the guidelines lowers your risk of harming your health. Men and women are advised not to regularly drink more than 14 units a week.

3 DAYS

Spread your drinking over 3 days or more if you drink as many as 14 units a week.
